Call or text, it’s free and confidential! The AgriStress Helpline is a crisis response and resource line available via call or text to agricultural communities in Oregon and Washington.  Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Phone calls have interpretation available in 160 languages, and text message services are available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

When you call, the person on the other end of the line is someone who understands the culture and values of agricultural and rural communities, as well as the unique stressors that come along with living and working in farming, ranching, fishing and forested communities.

If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing a crisis, help is available.  All calls are answered within 30 seconds and all callers are offered 24-hour follow-up calls.
